Full Course Lowdown

This is golf heritage. Hosting the Open Championship seven times, the Women's Open twice, and ranking as the 40th best golf course in the world; this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

According to records, golf was first played on these links in the 16th century. Can you outdrive the historic founders of this course with your new driver? There's only one way to find out!

It's world-renowned as the most difficult course in the Open rotation. Good luck.

Course

The first is a par-4 at 241 yards from the back tee. It's a simple start. Drive down the centre for a successful start and avoid the pot bunkers on the right.

Carnoustie's first par-3 on the 8th is world-renowned, so take a moment to soak up one of golf's greatest short holes. Incredible. It's best to over-hit, as anything under-hit will find trouble.

This par-3 is awesome for a game of greenies.

You must bring your A-game at the end of the front nine. Anything left will find the out-of-bounds, and anything right will find trouble. Good luck with this one.

For the 13th, another par-3, avoid the bunkers at all costs. Seriously. It's a nightmare to escape the sand, especially with your friends laughing behind you…

A 444-yard par-4 closes the round. Cover crazy yardage with your driver, avoid the water left and bunkers right, then sink the winning putt. Simple.

Clubhouse

The Rookery is legendary, from the incredible views of the links on the terrace to the wide food and drinks menu, using local Scottish ingredients.

Settle in with your favourite cocktail, sip authentic single-malt whiskey, count the scorecards, and enjoy the unbelievable scran, beverages, and laughter with the group. Awesome.
