Top hint for this course
On the 10th, a par-4, you should drive initially to the left of the first bunkers to guarantee an open second shot towards the dancefloor.
Full Course Lowdown
This unique inland course with a links terrain and layout will challenge all abilities, from the seasoned pro to the beginner duffers.
At just over 7,300 yards, this meaty loop could expose bad shots off the tee. Be sure to practice with your driver beforehand or you might fall short. Grab the gang and tackle these lengthy fairways.
Course
On the first, aim slightly right of the fairway to avoid bunkers and gain an advantage for the second stroke: an open approach.
The 3rd, a par-3 is straightforward if you carry the bunker guarding the front or the two on the left of the dancefloor. Easy, right?
It's a cruel end to the front nine for beginners. This par-4 seems forgiving to start, but the green is surrounded by six bunkers, so prepare a layup shot. We've all been there…
The 12th, another par-3, can cause complications for over-hit shots, as a harsh slope will roll these away from the dancefloor.
To finish is a 513-yard par-5. Aim between the bunker and tree at the start of the fairway and land before the second row of sand. From here, the approach is open but slopes at the back.
Don't mess up at the final hurdle!
Clubhouse
The Carriage House is one hell of a cosy 19th. Sit in the comfy leather sofas or armchairs and sip a well-earned beverage after a killer round.
And after that performance, you deserve something special to line your stomach. Will it be the Irish Wagyu Beef Burger or 18oz T-bone steak? We'll let you decide.
