Top hint for this course
Let's give you a tip-off on the course since you're the one booking. On the 10th, a harsh dogleg left hides the dancefloor. Drive down the middle of the fairway, just short of the bunker. If you're able to do that in one swing, the approach shot should be easy. Perhaps a birdie is calling if you bring you're on fire.
Full Course Lowdown
A great course that's guaranteed to push your skills to the max and level up your technique. It's hosted many golfing greats; can you prove your worth and keep up on this championship course?
Let your swinging do the talking and win your very own British Masters.
Course
Lined with trees throughout the loop, it makes for an excellent test of your skills. As the older course of the two on the resort, it had renovations while keeping its original structure and charm.
From the 4th, accuracy is challenged from the tee as the fairway narrows at the start and then opens up. Also, bunkers sit on either side of the front of the green, so the cautious approach should be to lay up short to set up an easy approach shot.
The end of the front nine is a par-4 with a harshly narrow fairway. This one rewards accuracy. A direct and straight tee-off should see you land short of the green. From there, favour the right side of the green as the bunker on the left could fluff up your scorecard.
The final hole is by far the signature of the course. An accurate drive directly over the lake could see you land on the green in one. But beware of the bunkers placed on either side of the dancefloor. If you manage to avoid these, you could finish with a par.
That should earn you some liquid gold in the 19th.
Clubhouse
A classic 19th hole. It provides everything you could need after a round, from a light snack to refuel to beverages on offer to quench your thirst, it's an excellent place to unwind.
