Top hint for this course
How about a tip for the opener? Once you've cleared the dogleg left, it's best to under-hit on the approach as bunkers crowd the back.
Full Course Lowdown
Golf Torrequebrada is a classic Costa del Sol course off the Mediterranean Sea, with plenty of palm and olive trees lining the fairways.
The dancefloors are famously speedy, so take time putting and go light. It could get tense here. How many three-putts will the group tally? Hit the fairways and find out.
Course
The 3rd, a par-3, requires an accurate tee shot towards the back of the green. Anything short will hit the sand.
On the 7th, water causes trouble. Cut the dogleg left by aiming before the drink, then carry over the water to find the dancefloor. Remember, the greens are quick, so don't over-hit and find the hazards.
At the 12th, the start of the fairway is narrow, which means a hybrid from the tee is your best bet. The well-guarded dancefloor demands an accurate approach. Good luck.
The 16th, a par-4, is no easy hole. Carry the water and hit the centre of the fairway for a strong start. If your drive is firm, the second shot is a straightforward approach, so favour the right side to avoid any hazards.
To finish, accuracy is tested. Avoid the initial bunkers, then hit the back of the dancefloor to guarantee safety from the second set of sand traps. Now, sink the putt and celebrate.
Clubhouse
Whether you want a traditional clubhouse sandwich, fresh pasta or an English breakfast, this 19th hole has an incredible menu.
Wash it back with an ice-cold Cruzcampo and soak up the vitamin D on the terrace as you discuss the action from the round. Perfect.Course Facilities
