Where to play golf in the UAE
Most groups base themselves in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. They're about an hour and a half apart, so it's easy to play both on one trip.

Planning a group golf trip to the UAE
We've organised group golf trips for over 24 years. Here's how a UAE trip works with us:
- Small deposits secure your tee times and rooms early, which matters in the busy winter season.
- Individual payments mean each golfer pays their own balance. No chasing your mates for money.
- One booking covers your hotel, tee times and, on many packages, airport and golf transfers.
- Flights are booked separately. Fly to Dubai or Abu Dhabi and we'll sort everything once you land.

When is the best time to play golf in the UAE?

Getting to the UAE
- Dubai: fly to Dubai International, around 7 hours from London, with direct flights from most UK airports.
- Abu Dhabi: fly to Abu Dhabi, around 7 hours, or to Dubai and transfer by road in about 1.5 hours.
- Ajman: fly to Dubai; Al Zorah is around 30 to 40 minutes by road.
- Before you travel: check passport and entry requirements on the FCDO travel advice page, and your airline's golf bag allowance.
Beyond the golf
In Dubai, head up the Burj Khalifa, take a desert safari, shop in the souks or relax on the beach on the Palm. Abu Dhabi has the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, the Louvre Abu Dhabi and the theme parks of Yas Island.
