Top hint for this course
We've got a tip for you to ace the 14th. Favour the right side of the fairway, as the entire left side is out-of-bounds. The approach is also downhill, so hit a smaller club than usual to avoid the back bunker.
Overview
This championship loop has hosted plenty of tournaments, so it's the crown jewel of Villa Padierna's three tracks.
Lots of natural hazards feature on the fairways. From the strategically placed sand bunkers to the large bodies of water, this round is no walk in the park.
Who will come out on top and win your own European Tour?
Course
On the 1st, take advantage of the slope and favour the left side of the fairway-it will push the ball to the centre. The second shot is blind, so plan the approach carefully.
The 7th, a par-4, is a risk-reward scenario. If you fancy your chances as a big hitter, the green is reachable in one. Those with a shorter drive should consider the bunkers halfway and those dotted around the dancefloor.
At the end of the front nine, it gets tricky. Don't bottle it before the final nine! This par-4 is reachable in one; favour the left to avoid the water. Choose your club carefully-distance is vital here to avoid the bunkers.
Hole 12 is a par-3 that demands accuracy. Yes, there's only one hazard, but the green is harder to hit than you think.
What a finisher. This par-4 demands one hell of a tee shot without sacrificing accuracy. Anything wayward will hit the water, so favour accuracy and bring that trophy home to its rightful owner.
