Top hint for this course
How about a tip for the 4th? While the fairway appears narrow, this is deceiving. Avoid hitting the right, as the sharp slope will tilt the ball into the rough where your approach will be interrupted by trees.
Overview
Nick Faldo claimed this was "an exceptional piece of land", and his architecture displays exactly that. A stunning, challenging course with unique characteristics attracts golfers visiting Turkey time and time again, and it comes as no surprise.
It lives up to the hype, with varying hazards and tests for even a seasoned player. Combine this with the state-of-the-art practice facilities and world-class golf school and you've got yourself one hell of a round.
Course
The 1st requires a drive down the centre of the fairway, avoiding hazards on either side. While the track is short, take an extra club to land on the dancefloor.
At the end of the front nine, carry over the initial bunkers dotted at the front of the fairway and favour the right side for the best approach shot.
On the 15th, many are tempted to open up their shoulders and go for it but it's not so simple. It's best if you favour accuracy to avoid the rough, bunkers, the undulated fairway and land on a harshly narrow dancefloor.
Now for the closing hole. The longest par-4. Hit a firm drive down the middle, then demonstrate a left to right around the pine trees to the squad before finding the dancefloor.
Clubhouse
A Mediterranean-influenced 19th-hole with an incredible atmosphere. When in season, the outdoor decking soaks up the sun and offers a lively atmosphere for those looking to unwind and enjoy their favourite beverage after a round.
