Top hint for this course
Let's tell you a tip. On the 3rd, a tactical approach is required. A sharp dogleg left hides the green. Drive to gain distance on this par-4 but be careful with the weight. We recommend you drive short of the bunker straight ahead to set up a sweet approach shot for the green.
Full Course Lowdown
Known to be the best in Spain and adopting Links-style features with its terrain and coastal characteristics, it's a clear favourite for golfers visiting Tenerife.
While there are many challenges such as the carefully placed bunkers, it has generous fairways, so if you're a group of big hitters you'll love this one. This well-maintained coastal loop is a hidden gem tucked away from busy surroundings. It has an excellent climate for golf all year round if you want a challenge throughout any season.
Course
The 1st fairway holds a sharp dogleg left that stands in the way of the green. The tee-off will test your accuracy and placement. Although you're favouring the right side to avoid the trees, a large beach sits there. Be sure to drive centrally to avoid this and have your second shot on the fairway.
The end of the front nine is a long-stretched par-5. As you drive up the fairway, position yourself slightly to the left as it will set up an approach shot that doesn't require avoiding the water hazard.
The signature hole is the 15th. Known for its sublime landscape and winds that affect play, club selection is vital to winning. The 17th is guarded by a large bunker towards the front of the green and overhitting on this par-3 could see you land in a bunker at the back left of the dancefloor. Watch out for losing your balls to the ocean on this cliff edge hole!
Clubhouse
After a round on Tenerife's finest field, it's time to kick back and relax in the welcoming atmosphere of the 19th hole. Sit with a pint in hand whilst admiring the views of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains.
Order some classic Spanish delights whilst counting up the scorecards and choosing the forfeits for the losers. As for the winner, get them a drink, they deserve it.
