Top hint for this course

Let's get you ahead of your friends. On the 10th, aim just right of the second bunker on the left. This will place you in a poll position to approach the green on your second shot.

Full Course Lowdown

This inland course on the outskirts of Sevilla boasts a combination of doglegs, large bodies of water, and plenty of strategically placed bunkers.

It's time to test the gang's skills. Who has the best technique? Who has the best IQ? Place your bets and swing into action as you play your own Spanish Open.

Course

Olazabal eases us into the round with a wide and hazardless fairway. Enjoy. Things pick up on the approach, with three bunkers guarding the green, so it's best to under-hit.

On the 7th, this uphill par-3 will need an extra club. That's right, put the short iron back in your bag and cover the distance.

The 9th is a lengthy par-5, so prepare to cover some impressive yardage off the box. Keep left on the second stroke to avoid the drink and set up a sweet shot towards the dancefloor.

Hole 14 features a nasty approach shot. After clearing the first half of the fairway, this green is a nightmare, with water left and a large bunker right. Accuracy is vital.

Unfortunately, the final hole doesn't ease up either (don't say we didn't warn you). Water covers the entire left side, so favour the right on your second shot to succeed.

Good luck with the approach, any howlers will lose the round.

Clubhouse

What this 19th doesn't have, isn't worth having. If you didn't get your competitive fix from the round, why not head to the games room and turn up the competition?

Or if you fancy relaxing, you could unwind in one of the saunas. Afterwards, head to either the lounge or restaurant, order a refreshing Estrella and indulge in Spanish cuisine.

We don't blame you if you spend most of the day here…
