Top hint for this course
As you're handling all the booking, let's tell you about a secret tip for the course. On the 16th hole, a par-4 that has a left-to-right dogleg waits with a huge water hazard. We suggest you play this as a par-5 for a more cautious approach to landing on the dancefloor.
Full Course Lowdown
The Golf Santa Ponsa is one of three courses located at the resort. While it's the only one available to the public, it's top drawer and must be near the top of your group's bucket list. Its open fairways mean that you can give the driver a bash and have one hell of a round to remember.
It's famous for its flat greens, so in terms of level changes, it's limited. However, this gives even the highest handicap golfer a chance to showboat their short game.
Course
Golf Santa Ponsa is home to one of Europe's longest par 5s at a whopping 645 yards. Take advantage of the wide fairway to clear some distance on this one.
On the 16th, the dogleg combined with the water hazard is a challenging and intense hole close to the end of the back nine.
Play the final hole where Ballesteros and Parnevik battled it out during the Balearic Open 1992. See if your group can have a dramatic finish just like theirs - perhaps even better?
Clubhouse
While there is not an official clubhouse, the Hotel Bar and Lounge fills this void. Don't worry - the bar has plenty of swing oil to quench your thirst after the round.
A wide variety of dishes to accompany the refreshing beers and terrace views make it the perfect place to chill whilst looking back at the action with the group and preparing forfeits.

Golf Santa Ponsa is only 29.1km from Palma de Mallorca Airport and has many hotels in the surrounding area. Getting a place to stay near the course will be easy and you won't have to get up too early to get to your booking on time.
If your group likes to party late into the night (or early morning), then we recommend visiting Palma de Mallorca. This is where the action is and it's only 21.4km away. You'll fit right in with all the restaurants and bars available for an action-packed night in town.
