Top hint for this course
The 2nd is a short par-4 with two options. You either go straight for the dancefloor or cut off the angle by carrying over the bunkers and approaching from there. As the green doesn't have many hazards around it, we recommend going straight for the green!
Full Course Lowdown
It's a rarity to experience a championship course with a higher handicap player, but here that dream comes true. No need to leave that duffer friend back at home, bring them along and show them how it's done on these world-class fairways.
Course
The opener is crawling with bunkers. We hope you pack your sand wedge for this one, it's a nightmare. If you've got the skills to avoid them, the green at the end is waiting for your short game to do the talking.
The 7th holds a harsh dogleg right which hides the green. A firm drive down the centre-right of the fairway will avoid the bunker and place the dancefloor in view. Just avoid the bunkers on either side and you're good to go.
The start of the back nine is straightforward, aside from three bunkers around the green, it's a nice opener. Show off your driving distance to clear the yardage and chip a lovely approach towards the pin.
The closing hole is simple to navigate. Favour the right of the fairway to avoid the initial bunker before approaching the open green. Sink the winning putt and head off for that well-earned swing oil!
Clubhouse
A perfect place to see off the round. Overlook the greens you conquered while sipping your favourite beverage and talking about the action from the fairways while catching up with the live sport.
The informal dining, welcoming staff, and friendly atmosphere make for a dream 19th hole for any keen golfer.
