Full Course Lowdown
This large loop uses the desert's landscape to create a course that challenges all individuals. The five different tees available mean it's suitable for a mixed-ability group, leaving nobody unchallenged. The club's state-of-the-art facilities and golf academy are possibly Dubai's best. Who wouldn't take advantage of that?
Course
A round that rewards accuracy above anything else. Not hitting the fairways means finding yourself in the "sandy wasteland" with the bushes and desert terrain.
The opener requires carrying over the "sandy wasteland" between the tee-off and the fairway. If you find the fairway, it's straightforward from there with a large green to approach.
The end of the back nine is a tricky dogleg right with a tree standing in the centre of the fairway. Favour your drive slightly left to avoid the tree and create an easier approach from the green. A par would earn you a pint in the 19th.
The 16th is a lengthy par-5 with sand being the main hazard. You might need to give out some mulligans to those friends who always slice the ball here. If you're accurate and find the fairway, the approach shouldn't be difficult.
Clubhouse
The ultimate 19th hole. The clubhouse of all clubhouses. As well as the world-class menu with "Southern Hemisphere" classics, the entertainment facilities are awesome.
After your round, watch your favourite sport on the giant flat-screen TV while having some friendly competition on the pool tables and selecting the squad's favourite tunes on the jukebox. It's a dream clubhouse.
