Top hint for this course

On the opener, don't get carried away with the tee-off. Driving too far could see you land in the sand. We recommend that you drive slightly shorter than normal and aim towards the right of the fairway. You should then have an approach shot for a birdie opportunity.

Full Course Lowdown

The Poniente Course length is short but sweet. Jack Nicklaus used his legendary expertise to craft an executive loop with a variety of challenging par 3s and par 4s that test any level handicap.

Many different levels, bunkers, slopes, and varied sizes of greens make for a thrilling round with lots of surprises. It's there for the taking. See if you're worthy of playing one of the greats' courses.

Course

The 2nd challenges you with driving off a hilltop down onto the fairway. This level change presents an exciting task of precise tee-offs to land on the green. As it's a par-3, the hole is short, but it adds a refreshing obstacle to the loop.

At the start of the back nine, you're faced with an uphill battle. Not to mention the many bunkers to the left of the green. A slight left slope also makes for a tricky placement shot to the right of the fairway. Too central and you could end up on the beach.

The final hole is an enjoyable par-3. It's incredibly short so we reckon you leave the driver alone on this one. The dancefloor is surrounded by bunkers, so teeing off just short of the green may favour a smoother approach shot.

Clubhouse

Home sweet home. Who doesn't feel welcomed at a good old 19th hole? It's a great place for gathering after a round and analysing the action.

All while having a pint in hand and refuelling over some shared snacks. Perfection.
