Top hint for this course

Here's a tip for the opener. It appears an easy start, but don't be deceived. The middle of the fairway has a slope that rolls balls around 30 yards back towards you. Aim left with enough club to avoid this.

Full Course Lowdown

Inland courses are England's speciality, and Parkstone is a prime example of this. A mainstay in most Great Britain Top 100 lists and possibly the best in Southern England-this loop is rich in unique challenges and world-class fairways.

For any English golf enthusiast, it's a must-try with golfing great and 1938 Open winner, Reg Whitcombe saying, "There is no better place". Follow in his footsteps and tee off on these legendary fairways.

Course

The 2nd is the first of many par-3s on the course, with wind affecting play. Many say a right-to-left shot (if you've got this in your locker) will find the green easiest. Otherwise, a straight carrying over the bunkers shouldn't hurt.

On the 5th, an elevated tee makes the drive enjoyable. Lay up short of the bunkers for an easy chip shot towards the dancefloor.

The end of the front nine is a great risk-reward hole. A left-to-right tee shot should put the green in sight, as the tee shot is blind. Favour accuracy on the second shot for the best chance.

Closing the round, a picturesque par-3 at 201 yards is arguably one of the most difficult finishers ever. Seriously, it's not easy, so be warned! Bunkers are dotted awkwardly along the fairway with two more surrounding the green. Take your sweet time with this one.

Clubhouse

A clubhouse that prides itself on excellent service and world-class chefs, so you can order a gourmet meal fit for a champ such as yourself.

The sublime kitchen serves breakfast, snacks, carvery, afternoon tea and three-course meals in the evening. Take your pick!

Get some swing oil and take a look back at the action.

The Location

A prime location. Parkstone is sandwiched between Poole and Bournemouth, so which nightlife will you conquer? Take your pick. Or maybe try both (we'll let you decide).

Bournemouth, the beach party city, is jam-packed with bars, pubs, nightclubs, and beach activities-all in one place!

It's a hole-in-one holiday for activities and nightlife, so you can keep the action going after the fairways.

The best part? It's only 4.1 miles away from the course. Staying in Bournemouth guarantees not only convenience but unforgettable memories.
