Top hint for this course
On the 3rd, this par-3 has a risk-reward that tempts people into going for the green. Be sure to play it tactically and aim for a layup shot just short of the green, as the bunkers surrounding the dancefloor usually trap golfers in the bunker.
Full Course Lowdown
A moorland course built using the natural terrain to create stunning fairways that challenge every level of golfer. Wind often affects the play, making tactical thought and club choice a make-or-break for the round.
Plenty of water hazards make this course a classic in the North East area. Time to swing into action and follow the footsteps of stars on these fairways. Who will come out on top?
Course
The opener is a gentle start to the round. A par-4 with a bunker in front of the green will trap anybody who blindly swings for the green. Layup before the bunker to get ahead at the first hole and start the winning streak.
The 5th is a very straightforward par-5, with a lake catching any shots slightly to the left. If you stick to the right side, you'll have no trouble landing on the green from the tee box. Beware of the bunkers on the right side.
The start of the back nine gets tricky. A dogleg right with bunkers and water hazards presents a real challenge to your approach. Aim slightly left of the fairway before using your second shot for the left side of the dancefloor.
The closing hole also has water. After carrying over the first river, avoid sinking your ball directly in front of the dancefloor with a firm shot. Now it's time to sink that putt and claim your prize as the rightful winner.
